EMPLOYEE CANDIDATE PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING DISCLOSURE STATEMENT

In accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (‘KVKK’), as Ağırman Makine Otomotiv Yan Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi (‘Company’), in our capacity as the data controller, w emay process, record, store, classify, update, and where permitted by legislation or limited to the purpose for which the data is processed, disclose or transfer your personal data, as an employee candidate, fort he purposes outlined below in a manner that complies with the law and principles of honesty.

In accordance with the KVKK regulations and other relevant legislation, your personel data may be processed for the purpose of carrying out and concluding recruitment processes, as well as for communication purposeswhen necessary. In this context, your personal data is securely stored in either physical or electronic format for an appropriate period, in line with the purpose of processing. The Company ensures compliance with all obligations regarding the protection of personal data, as stipulated by the KVKK and all other relevant legislation, during these activities.

Your personal data processed for the purposes outlined above, in accordance with the fundamental principles set forth in the KVKK and the processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK, may be shared by the Company with the following parties, limited tothe above purposes: business partners, shareholders, authorized public institutions and organizations, private individuals, firms providing Support services for the purpose of conducting our activities, and independent audit firms, within the framework of legal obligations and legal restrictions.

Your personal data may be processed by the Company in accordance with the principles set out in Article 4(2) of tke KVKK, either through obtaining explicit consent or, in the presence of situations foreseen in Articles 5(2) and 6(3), without explicit consent. In accordance with Article 9 of the Law, after the Personal Data Prodection Authority (‘Authority’) publishes o list of foreign countries that have adequate protection, your personal data may be transferred only to individuals and organizations established in these countries. For countries where adequate protection is not determined and published, the transfer may only occur if data controllers in both Turkey and the revelant foreign country provide a written commitment to ensure adequate protection and, where applicable, upon obtaining the Authority’s approval for such transfer.

Your personal data is collected through business partners, career websites, the Company’s web interface, different departments, and various channels, and based on the legal grounds outlined above, to carry out our activities. The personal data collected during this process is gathered securely in both physical and electronic formats during the initiation and continuation of the employment relationship, for the purpose of conducting our commercial and business operations. In this context, your personal data may be processed and transferred either with explicit consent, in accordance with the principles set out in Article() of the KVKK, or without explicit consent if the conditions specified in Articles 5(2) and 6(3) are present.

As data subjects, you can submit your requests regarding your rights to the email address kvkk@agirmanmakina.com The Company will respond to your request as soon as  possible, and no later than thirty (30) days, free of charge, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the process requires an additional cost, a fee will be charged according to the tariff determined by the Authority.

The rights you have under Article 11 of the KVKK are as follows:

• To learn whether personal data is being processed,

• To request information about personal data if it has been processed,

• To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether it is being used in accordance with its purpose,

• To know the third parties to whom personal data has been transferred, whether inside or outside of the country,

• To request the correction of personal data if it is incomplete or incorrect,

• To request the deletion or destruction of of personal data in accordance with the conditions specified in Article 7,

• To request the notification of third parties to whom personal data has been transferred, in accordance with clauses (d) and (e),

• To object to a result being generated against the person through the exclusive use of automated systems,

• To request compensation for damages if personal data has been processed unlawfully and has caused harm.
